Financial Aid

Through generous support from our philanthropic community, the Museum provides financial aid to Title I schools for field trips and outreach programming. Title I schools, as defined by the Texas Education Agency (TEA), serve a student body that is determined to be economically disadvantaged or offer a “targeted assistance program” for at-risk students.

New this yearTitle 1 schools may apply for funding to cover outreach programs taking place between the dates of August 19, 2024, and May 23, 2025. If approved, a financial aid award will cover outreach program fees (additional travel fees are not included).
