  • Special Exhibition

    The Science Behind Pixar

    Grades PK 3-4 - 12

    Get hands on with the STEM concepts used by Pixar’s artists and computer scientists as you come face-to-face with re-creations of your favorite film characters, including Buzz Lightyear, Dory, Mike and Sulley, Edna Mode and WALL•E!

    This program can be added as part of your field trip experience. We will open 2023-2024 requests beginning late summer.

    Dig Those Dinos

    Grades K - 2

    Discover fossils, follow dinosaur tracks and piece together prehistoric clues in this station-based program.

    This program can be added as a School Campus Visit program. We will open 2023-2024 requests beginning late summer. 

  • Virtual Program

    The Whynauts: Episode 1 – Paleontology

    Grades 3 - 5

    Follow along with The Whynauts as they discover fossils, experience Earth’s changing environments /ambientes and explore the Perot Museum’s T. Boone Pickens Life Then and Now Hall with a real Paleontologist!

    Also included: Educator guides and student activities.

  • Film

    Dinosaurs of Antarctica 3D

    Grades PK 3-4 - 12

    From the Permian through the Jurassic, journey to the south polar landscapes of Antarctica hundreds of millions of years ago.

    This program can be added as part of your field trip experience. We will open 2023-2024 requests beginning late summer. 

  • Family Science Night

    Earth and Space Science Night

    Grades K - 8

    Three . . . two . . . one . . . blastoff! Launch into learning about our planet, solar system and universe. Activities will explore weather and landforms, rockets and rovers, the possibility of life on other planets, and so much more!
