Gigantic fun for all ages, all summer long
Summer of the Dinosaur
See dinosaurs come to life! In Ultimate Dinosaurs, you’ll get access to rarely seen specimens from the other side of the world — from the tiny Eoraptor to T. rex’s bigger, badder cousin, Giganotosaurus. Be transported to prehistoric times through cutting-edge technology, where you can explore the breathtaking characteristics of these exotic species through hands-on activities. Time machine not required.
Next, head to the Life Then and Now Hall to show off your dance moves as a raptor avatar and discover how paleontologist use footprints to study dinosaur movement. Come back later this summer to see real paleontologists at work in the new Paleo Lab (opens September).
Let your summer adventure begin when you take a one-stop trip to Level 4 where you'll gaze up at the second most complete T. rex skeleton ever found. Visit Stan in his new home at the top of our escalator. Here's a sneak peek of the install — that's one big head!
Cool off in the Café
Need to refuel during your adventure? Stop by the Café for lunch. All summer long, get a free dinosaur crown with the purchase of any kid's meal. Offer valid while supplies last — grab yours today!
Save the Date for Dino Fest
Labor Day weekend, head back for Dino Fest! September 1 and 2 will be filled with paleo-themed activities including trivia, dino digs, and more. Plus, grab a cold beverage in the outdoor beer garden with local brews, music, and lectures.
The summer adventure extends beyond the prehistoric!
