On Your Campus Outreach Programs
Standard Classroom Program Maximum 4 per day, must be consecutive times and same program, up to 30 students. $175 for each program
Dissection Classroom Program (Look Out!/Pump Up!) Maximum 4 per day, must be consecutive times and same program, up to 30 students. $225 for each program
Auditorium Program

Maximum 4 per day, must be consecutive times and same program, up to 275 students.

$375 for first program

Distance Learning
ScienceCast Distance Learning Session Set program times are available Monday-Friday.

Please choose one or more programs from our Teacher’s Guide or in the School Programs section. We can visit your campus for a onetime special event or as an ongoing series. A classroom teacher/coordinator must be in attendance during programs.

A nonrefundable deposit is due within ten days of making your reservation ($50 for reservations totaling less than $500, $100 for reservations over $500). All changes, full payment and final attendance numbers are due two weeks before the visit date. Completion of this form does not guarantee a reservation. An invoice will be emailed and/or faxed to confirm your reservation.

The Perot Museum offers financial assistance to qualifying schools for Museum field trips, educational programming, outreach programs and Family Science Nights. To inquire about funds to help offset the cost of your field trip or program, please fill out the financial aid request form after filling out a field trip or outreach program request.
