June 12–August 18, 2017

In order to have as many campers as possible join in the fun, we offer two locations for summer Discovery Camp. In addition to at the Museum, camps are available at The Hockaday School, located in north Dallas. This state-of the-art school is home to a unique makerspace, and is the perfect environment for our engineering and maker-based camps, Maker (Build It) and Destination Innovation. We also have a new camp theme this summer, Zombie Survival, offered only at The Hockaday School. Camps at both locations will be led by our amazing Museum educators, and some camps are offered on multiple weeks.
