Auditorium Programs

  • Auditorium programs are held at the Perot Museum and/or on your campus (depending on the program).
  • All programs are 45 minutes in length, unless otherwise noted.
  • Field Trip auditorium programs are designed for up to 175 people and are available until March 6, 2020.
  • On Your Campus auditorium programs are designed for up to 250 people and are available year-round. A teacher or other school employee must be present at all times.

  1. Atmospheric Adventure (2nd–12th) NEW!

    On Your Campus only

    The forecast calls for wild weather! Take a journey through Earth’s atmosphere to experience what influences global weather patterns, why we have seasons, the importance of the water cycle, and how severe weather develops. There’s a 100% chance of fun.

  2. Fire and Ice (2nd–12th)

    This explosive and entertaining auditorium show teaches about matter in a unique way. Your students will see firsthand how matter changes when we add and remove extreme amounts of heat. The program covers states of matter, basic behavior of atoms and molecules, physical and chemical changes of matter, and more!

    A 30-minute version of the show designed specifically for younger audiences.

  4. Nature's Extremes (2nd–12th)

    Only available at the Perot Museum Until March 6, 2020

    From the dark ocean depths to the icy arctic, join us for an interactive, educator-led exploration of life at the extremes and the adaptations that wildlife in these and other extreme environments have evolved to help them survive. Along the way, your class will learn about tiny tardigrades, gigantic squids, and many more extreme animals!

     
  5. Superhero Science (2nd–12th)

    It’s a bird, it’s a plane — no, it’s Superhero Science! Discover the science behind super heroes and their amazing powers with this interactive, educator-led auditorium show. The program explores topics such as matter and energy, smart materials, magnetism, levitation, and properties of light.
