Field trips are available from September-February and June-August on Tuesday-Sunday and in March-May on Monday-Sunday
Be sure to add on a trip to see the traveling exhibition, The World's Largest Dinosaurs to your field trip experience! Discover super-sized dinosaurs as you and your class stand amongst the largest dinosaurs in the world, the long-necked and long-tailed sauropods.
A field trip to the Perot Museum is an adventure that’s sure to spark both curiosity and discovery among students of all ages. Not only are the activities in our exhibit halls designed with inquisitive students in mind — even the building itself features interactive surprises! Complete your field trip experience with the addition of an awe-inspiring 3D film or a TEKS-aligned program, led by a Museum educator. From the fossil record to the expanding universe, your class will have a blast learning about the many different fields of science and technology. Group pricing is available for groups of 15 or more students.
This year, we have decreased the maximum number of students visiting the Museum daily. Thanks to input from teachers who visited on field trips last year, we will allow fewer field trips per day in order to accommodate a more hands-on, interactive experience for students.
Be sure to check out our field trip video before your visit, where you, your chaperones and your students will learn important information and field trip rules. Get tips on bus parking, checking in, getting around, eating lunch and more!
