The Café offers delicious and nutritious meals and snacks, highlighting local Texas ingredients. Located inside to the right of the main entrance of the Museum, the Café overlooks the plaza. Guests can enjoy individual pizzas, pasta, handcrafted sandwiches, satisfying soups and, of course, freshly cooked burgers, hot dogs and fries available at the grill. There is also a selection of items for "little science lovers" (i.e. the children's menu) as well as a "Grab & Go" option featuring pre-made salads, sandwiches, sushi and desserts. 

The Café is operated by Wolfgang Puck.
