Summer - Discovery Camp, Jr. for pre-schoolers
We are pleased that there are so many young scientists who are as excited about learning as we are! Because of this, camps sold out very quickly. Only select afternoon sessions listed to the right are available. Morning sessions and sold-out afternoon sessions have been removed from the camp listing to the right. We are sorry but there are no waiting lists.
Modeled after our popular Discovery Camp day camps for older kids, Discovery Camp, Jr. makes science and technology accessible — and irresistible — to kids ages 3-4. Our weeklong day camps cover a colorful array of science topics, using hands-on learning and creativity emphasized through each educational adventure.
What will your child discover at the Perot Museum this summer?

Summer Theme 2013: Collections and Collectors
Does your child still have that unusual rock she found last summer? Or does she enjoy grouping her toys according to size, shape or color? Then she could have what it takes to become a savvy collector! Every week of Discovery Camp, Jr. is dedicated to a different collection in the Perot Museum, from fossils and precious gems to technology and more. Campers will even learn the skills they need to build their own collections to take home at the end of their session.
